Unrivalled in quality and sustainability, we don't do fast fashion, we do handmade, built-to-last environmentally friendly products that stand the test of time and don't cost the earth. 

All Ozeano sunglasses are designed in Australia on the NSW South Coast and ethically handmade using a 100% biodegradable plant-based bio-acetate in our ISO9001, ISO14001 and SA8000-certified facility. All accessories are either 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton or FSC-certified Portuguese cork, and all our products are PETA-approved vegan. Our shipping is carbon-neutral, and courier packaging is 100% biodegradable. 

We donate to initiatives focused on ocean pollution prevention and awareness; Our current commitment is to Seabin Foundation - an incredible Australian organisation dedicated to ocean pollution research, prevention and education.

  • Frames are Italian Mazuchelli 1849 - 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable in 115 days. Frames have a premium feel compared to traditional plastic and greater flexibility

  • Lenses are dark grey CR39 Polarised - the purest material and closest to mineral glass in terms of transparency and clarity of vision with zero distortion. Certified category 3, UV400 with 100% protection from UV rays. 

  • Comes with GOTS-certified organic cotton pouch and cleaning cloth

These semi-transparent brown plant-based frames are named Otter, after the distinct light brown colour seen on adult Otter's head and throat area, adopting the striking colour as they mature in age.

For particularly wide or large faces, we recommend trying these styles: Balmoral or Bells.

Lenses are dark brown CR39 Polarised - the purest material and closest to mineral glass in terms of transparency and clarity of vision with zero distortion. Certified category 3, UV400 with 100% protection from UV rays.
